Once you have made your selection of items, you can then send your list to the LMDSS office.
This is to inform you that effective November 1, 2011, the Lower Mainland Down Syndrome Society has implemented the below library policy and procedures to ensure items are returned to our library in a timely manner for other members to borrow.
As of November 1, 2011, the following late fees will take effect:
Books/Magazines/Newsletters: $0.30 per day
Cassette tapes/CD’s/DVD’s/VHS/Educational Tools: $1.00 per day
In the case of lost items the borrower will be responsible for the replacement value of the item.
